Our community's water meters are read each month. Water bills are mailed to all customers on the next to the last business day of the month. Water bills are due in full by the 15th of the following month. If the 15th falls on a Saturday or Sunday the bill is not considered late until the following Monday after 4 pm. A $7.50 late fee is assessed to all accounts paid after the 15th of each month. Bill reminders are mailed on the 20th of each month to all accounts with a past due balance. Please contact our office for any additional information. Delinquent accounts are disconnected on the second Tuesday of each month. A $50 reconnect fee is assessed to restore water utility service during normal business hours.
